self-worth and confidence
There was a time when I looked for validation in places where it was never meant to be found. I waited for appreciation from people who were distracted, limited, or simply unwilling to see me for who I truly was. Over time, I learned something liberating. My worth does not shrink because someone fails to see it.
Not everyone will recognize my value; that is alright. After all, people can only see what they are ready to understand. Many notice the shell, the role I play, the image I present, or the labels attached to my name. Few take the time to look deeper. But Mahadev does. He who made me knows every strength I carry and every dream I continue to nurture.

When I remembered that, I stopped measuring myself through someone else’s eyes. I have learned that seeking approval can become a journey. The more I chase it, the more distant it seems. Peace arrived when I stopped asking, “Do they see my worth?” and started reminding myself, “I know my worth.”
That shift changed everything. Today, I no longer audition for empty seats. I no longer bend myself into shapes that make others comfortable. I no longer feel the need to explain my value to people who have already decided not to see it. Instead, I choose to stand in who I am.
Not with arrogance, but with confidence. Not because I am perfect, but because I am enough. I trust that the right people will recognize my intentions. And those who don’t are free to walk their path. My purpose is not to convince everyone of my worth. My purpose is to live it.
The world may judge appearances but Mahadev knows my soul. And that is more than enough.
